The receptionist was on the phone which was ok, but didn't acknowledge us till four minutes had passed, when we quested a guided tour, it took several calls to find someone to give us a tour when a young lifeguard, came it was like "this is the pool and this is the sauna", I then had to ask to see the gym studio. The place looks like it needs a dam good update and a clean. We didn't join as we didn't feel welcomed or engaged by staff, the facilities didn't reflect the price they were asking for.
